As a QA Analyst II, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business-critical web applications. You'll be the lead tester on a small engineering team, define testing strategies, and develop and execute manual and automated tests. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless development process.

 

Responsibilities:

·Lead testing efforts for critical web applications.

·Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy.

·Develop, execute, and manage manual and automated test scripts (UI/API).

·Build and integrate tiered regression suites into the CI pipeline.

·Perform load, performance, and security testing.

·Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, UX designers, and internal stakeholders.

·Stay current on web application testing best practices.

·Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

·4+ years of experience in QA testing and automation.

·Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and testing practices.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

·Experience in manual and automated testing (Selenium, Testim.io, Katalon Studio, BDD, etc.).

·Experience testing SOAP/RESTful APIs (Postman, SoapUI).

·Familiarity with web standards and cross-browser compatibility.

·Experience with at least one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java, SQL, Ruby).

·Understanding of CI/CD concepts, Git, and Jenkins/Gitlab CI (AWS/Docker a plus).

·Experience with load/performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, Sitespeed.io a plus).

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
