Remote:
Communication mostly async via: Whatsapp, Discord. Sometimes calls
Manage many different tasks across overlapping time zones
Help with travel arrangements: Flights, transfers, accommodation, travel requirements
Help with research: Source products, leisure activities, daily life, local services
Remind certain days and prep for them (ex: birthdays)
In person:
Help with physical requirements like shopping/collecting, etc..
+2 years of experience in roles: Assistant, event planning, communications role
Excellent English & Turkish: Ability to write and speak properly and represent us
Efficient at researching using multiple tools

Your responsibilities will include managing communications via platforms like WhatsApp and Discord to ensure seamless coordination across various time zones, arranging travel logistics that keep this family on the go, and conducting extensive research for leisure activities and local services. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in assistant roles or event planning, who can express themselves fluently in both English and Turkish. Your attention to detail and ability to systematize tasks will be crucial. You'll have the freedom to structure your own hours and manage diverse responsibilities, so if you have a passion for organization and cultural exploration, this might be the perfect fit for you!
