Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support to executives (managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence).
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations in both languages.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
Organize and coordinate meetings (preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items).
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Must-haves:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
+3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Has experience learning fast new technologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills (prioritize tasks and meet deadlines).
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
