Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Solutions Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with UiPath's customers to understand their automation needs, drivers for digital transformation, and design and develop technical solutions using UiPath's market-leading Business Automation Platform (BAP). The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of multiple technology solutions, prior automation and solution-selling application experience in the enterprise IT domain and hold enterprise architecture credentials, with a track record of designing and implementing secure solutions across on-premises and cloud-based application environments.

As a Consulting Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our most strategic enterprise customers. You will work collaboratively with our Sales, GTM, and Product Development teams, employing value-based selling pre-sales motions to achieve the technical win and translate the solution into business value. This role is a critical element of the Enterprise GTM Organization and a catalyst in achieving territory growth goals by landing and expanding UiPath's platform in the Enterprise customer segment.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for integrating SAP and UiPath solutions.

  • Stay aligned with industry trends and developments relevant to the assigned industry vertical team, providing insights and recommendations on how SAP and UiPath solutions can address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in architecting and designing SAP and UiPath solutions that address customer needs and maximize the value of both platforms.

  • Lead the creation of solution blueprints, technical designs, and integration strategies for SAP and UiPath implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

  • Support sales teams in pre-sales activities by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the benefits and capabilities of SAP and UiPath integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SAP and UiPath solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP and automation technologies to drive innovation and provide thought leadership.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Collaborate with UiPath product management and development teams to provide feedback and insights for product enhancements and improvements based on customer requirements and experiences.

  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and user groups to network and share knowledge with peers and stay current with industry best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in SAP architecture, design, and implementation, with a solid understanding of UiPath or other RPA platforms.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules, as well as SAP integration technologies.

  • Strong expertise in UiPath RPA platform and its integration with SAP systems.

  • Proven experience in successfully designing and implementing SAP and UiPath integration solutions in customer environments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

  • Certifications in SAP architecture and UiPath RPA are highly desirable.
