Not only will you assist other skilled workers, but you'll also handle preventive maintenance tasks using a data-based work order management system. To thrive in this position, it’s essential that you possess strong teamwork skills and are committed to maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of five years of general maintenance experience. While an HVAC or Plumbing Journeyman license is preferred, what’s most important is your dedication to providing excellence in maintenance work.
