This Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the development of sales enablement digital tools, with an emphasis on PowerPoint presentations rooted in strong informational design principles for external clients and prospects. Works with cross-functional teams across a highly matrixed organization to produce materials adhering to brand guidelines and compliance/risk requirements. Well-developed written and oral communication skills to speak to a variety of leadership levels across the organization. Collaborates with internal and external partners as needed to ensure accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Helps provide recommendations/solutions to ensure materials meet business line objectives. Must be adept at learning new technologies/skills and be able to work independently to complete projects on time and on budget. Driven by process/operational efficiency, this role is critical to ensure materials stay up to date and available on our sales enablement platform to help increase adoption of approved assets and drive revenue.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in marketing industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent computer skills using a variety of software packages
- Design background a plus
- Experience with a Sales Enablement platform, such as Seismic
- Experience in a highly regulated industry
- Capable to fully manage/lead, projects as outlined by leadership team in support of company goals
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
