As an Ultrasound Sonographer you would perform vascular ultrasound examinations of a patient’s lower extremities (and other studies as needed) while balancing the needs of patients and maintain efficient work-flow of the office. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

In this role, you'll perform vascular ultrasound examinations, particularly focusing on patients’ lower extremities to craft precise Venous Flow Maps. It's all about ensuring patient comfort while maintaining the smooth flow of daily operations. You will split your time between Decatur for four days and one day in Brookhaven. You’re essential in collaborating with physicians to explain tailored treatment plans to patients, enhancing their understanding and experience. Your responsibilities also include maintaining clean and organized procedure rooms and adhering to standard exam time allotments to support an efficient patient flow. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to exceptional patient care by working closely with dedicated staff and physicians. We're looking for someone with a Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RpHS) certification, or who can earn it within 60 days.
