You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with recruiting top talent, from posting job openings to screening resumes and coordinating interviews. You’ll also be the friendly face for new hires during onboarding, managing everything from welcome orientations to training coordination. Accuracy is key, so you'll maintain employee records and ensure our HR databases are up-to-date. Additionally, you'll be the go-to person for handling employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies. We’re keen on finding someone who values confidentiality and possesses strong organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with HR software will be a great asset.
