Our Finance Velocity Office was designed to accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team within the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE). This position will report to the Director of Management Reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in designing and implementing effective visual representations and demonstrate passion for data storytelling. This role requires close collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure that visualizations align with business needs, staying current with industry best practices and visualization tools, and providing training and support on data visualization tools and techniques. The Management Reporting team under the BI COE aims to standardize, automate, and produce management reports for key Finance and FP&A teams, including monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and quarterly business reviews.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of work experience or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) with 1+ years of work experience in a data-driven role
• Proficiency in PowerBI, including basic data transformation and measure creation
• Experience in designing and building dashboards for business and finance stakeholders
• Basic proficiency in data analytics – analyzing data and working with multiple data sources
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, accounting, finance, or related quantitative field with at least 3 or more years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial analysis or at least 2 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Advanced skills in PowerBI (Certification in PowerBI), including complex data transformation using PowerQuery and advanced measure creation using DAX
• Proficient in advanced data analytics – analyzing voluminous data, designing and optimizing data processing pipelines, and aggregating multiple data sources
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders
• Self-starter who can responsibly advance work and is comfortable making sound, well-informed judgement calls for progress
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
