Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational operations, and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The North American (NA) Money Movement Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting services for Visa’s clients as it pertains to their money movement strategies. Money movement encompasses existing and novel card and non-card payment schemes such as faster payments as well as payments sub-topics such as cross-border remittances, payment hub, open banking, treasury-as-a-service, etc.
The VCA team is looking for a Director to join our Money Movement Consulting Practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the NA region. This role is responsible for the helping clients with designing and deploying their money movement strategies. Core responsibilities include the sale, management, and delivery of both strategic and operations focused consulting engagements in the Money Movement space (e.g., faster payments). The ideal candidate can deliver against sales targets, has experience managing multiple consulting engagements concurrently, can quickly structure and solve complex and nuanced problems, and is comfortable working on the cutting edge of payments to advise Visa’s clients.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $153,600 to $199,800 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
