Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
This role has a base salary of $40,000 plus incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential
This position requires that you are physically active during your shift. This may include, but is not limited to, running, driving, stooping, bending and lifting.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.
- Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
- Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.
