Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Project Ownership:
Lead end-to-end software development cycles, ensuring timely, scalable, and high-quality deliverables. Champion Agile/Scrum best practices to drive team efficiency and accountability.
Technical Excellence:
Provide architectural guidance and enforce coding standards and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies to help the team innovate and solve complex technical challenges.
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define engineering roadmaps that align with overall business strategy. Advocate for the right tools, processes, and training to future-proof the engineering org.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to define clear scopes, priorities, and deliverables. Effectively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to leadership.
Resource & Budget Management:
Optimize team capacity, contribute to hiring efforts, and manage engineering budgets efficiently to ensure resource availability for high-impact initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7–12 years of overall experience, with proven success leading software engineering teams and delivering complex products at scale.
Strong hands-on experience with backend technologies like Java, Python, or Golang. Exposure to frontend development (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.
Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and modern engineering principles, especially microservices architecture.
Solid leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a strong focus on people development and team success.
Proficiency with Agile development methodologies and modern project management practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing engineering resources and budgets within a fast-paced product organization.
