In this role, based out of our corporate office in Glen Allen, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our customer experience through meticulous financial management. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive property audits, managing account reconciliations, and overseeing the month-end close journal entries. You'll also play a key role in the review of monthly financial statements and the preparation of year-end tax workpapers—particularly focusing on trial balance reviews and fixed asset system entries. Organizing your workspace and multitasking will be essential as you tackle special projects and ensure everything runs smoothly in the finance department. We're looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a detail-oriented mindset.
