Product Marketing Manager

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the vital bridge between our product development and our user community, ensuring our millions of users are informed, engaged, and excited about WeMod's rapidly evolving feature set. You'll craft compelling narratives around our product releases and drive user engagement across multiple channels, playing a crucial role in user retention, reactivation, and community building.

What You'll Do

  • Own product-focused messaging across all communication channels (email, social, Discord, in-app, blog) for our global audience across 190+ countries and 10+ languages

  • Drive feature adoption and engagement through strategic communication, tailored user segmentation, and in-app guidance

  • Create compelling content that showcases WeMod's capabilities and builds community excitement, including organic social media and Discord engagement

  • Collaborate with CRM and design teams to develop targeted campaigns and visually compelling assets (with ability to make light Figma edits)

  • Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform both marketing strategies and product development

  • Track and analyze metrics to optimize messaging effectiveness and feature adoption

  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with product releases and coordinate reactivation campaigns

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or community management

  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-focused messaging

  • Experience with user segmentation and creating targeted messaging for diverse global audiences

  • Strong understanding of user engagement and feature adoption strategies

  • Experience with CRM systems, social media management, and community platforms (Discord a plus)

  • Good creative eye with basic design skills, including ability to make light edits in Figma

  • Data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness and optimizing engagement

  • "Get things done" mentality with excellent prioritization and collaborative communication skills
