About What's Possible Creative:

At What’s Possible Creative (WPC), we are built for brands that challenge the status quo. As part of the What’s Possible Group, we partner with ambitious, fast-moving businesses that need creative solutions that work just as hard as they do. We are not a traditional agency—we are a team of makers, thinkers, and doers who turn bold ideas into reality.

We thrive in a dynamic environment where no two projects are the same. Our clients range from high-growth disruptors to established brands looking to push boundaries. Whether it’s crafting compelling campaigns, producing high-impact content, or bringing creative visions to life across multiple platforms, we are obsessed with delivering work that drives real results.

The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Creative Client Executive to join our Client Team, supporting the delivery of creative projects for some of the most dynamic brands in the UK, Ireland and beyond, reporting directly to our Creative Client Director.

In this role, you’ll work alongside producers, editors, art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, and external partners to bring ideas to life. You will support the day-to-day management of projects, client communications, and creative processes, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for advertising, creativity, and production—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with talented teams, and enjoys making things happen.

Location: London, Angel. 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.

  • Be the go-to person for organizing timelines, coordinating assets, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Help brief designers, copywriters, and motion teams, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver world-class work.
  • Own smaller projects and support the execution of larger campaigns across TV, digital, social, and AI-driven creative solutions.

Creative Strategy & Insights -

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform creative decision-making.
  • Help gather references, trends, and cultural insights that can elevate our creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with our creative leads and production experts to explore innovative approaches in creative execution.

Collaboration & Execution -

  • Assist with creative brainstorms and briefing sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, case studies, and reports, making sure our work shines.
  • Help manage campaign performance reporting, working with data and insights to refine our approach.
  • Ensure seamless workflow between teams, keeping creative projects running smoothly.

What You'll Bring:

  • A keen interest in advertising, creative production, and client management.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for problem-solving and making things happen.
  • A good eye for design, storytelling, and engaging content.
  • Great organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset, able to work well with creatives, strategists, and clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – able to clearly express ideas and relay client feedback.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., project management software like Monday.com).
  • Bonus: Any experience in media, advertising, production, or creative agencies is a plus!
