Now is an exciting time to join JLR.As a UX Design Grad, you will• Assist in creating intuitive user experiences within an iterative process• Support the preparation and presentation of human-centered design concepts to stakeholders• Help define and promote standard design principles and ways of working• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-geographical teams while advocating for great user experiences• Contribute to several products within UX Design and DesignOps• Assist other designers with the• definition of product requirements,• Iterative and rapid prototyping,• market analysis,• delivery of product specifications,• deploying prototypes to a simulated environment• visualization of UX and DesignOps workflows for stakeholders• Ongoing alignment with the UX research team and ResearchOps to understand user behaviors and needs, and effectively communicate these insights to the UXD Chapter• Perform other duties as assignedWe would like to hear from you if you have• a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of user experience, product, or interaction design• an understanding of UX principles and methodologies• experience with design systems• familiarity with design, animation, and prototyping tools, e.g., Figma and ProtoPie,• ability to work independently and as a part of a team of UX designers• excellent collaboration, oral, and written communication skills alongside the desire to see things from multiple perspectives• are resourceful, conscientious, and self-motivated• eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment• a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.Preferred qualifications• Previous internship or project experience in UX design• A high-level understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development• A high-level understanding of DesignOps and its value to UX design teams• Familiarity with UX research and usability testing• An interest in emerging fields like automation or AISo Why Us?• As a people-first company, working at JLR means opportunity, teamwork, and growth.
