Role: Head of Creative Production

Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

About You

The Head of Creative Production will manage the operational delivery of all creative production at Oner Active, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. They will lead with production and studio teams, working closely with marketing, creative, and all stakeholders to manage workflows, schedules, and resource allocation. This role is critical in bridging the best possible creative with efficient execution, ensuring communication across all teams involved in campaign and content creation such as marketing, product, and creative.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Annual & Quarterly Roadmaps: Plan out all creative projects and content initiatives, ensuring timelines and key milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Ownership of Execution: Drive the execution of campaigns, working with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and exceed audience expectations.
  • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with producers and managers to optimize campaign budgets, maintaining creative quality while maximizing ROI.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine collaboration tools and processes, promoting efficient workflows among the marketing, production, and creative teams.
  • Direct Reports: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the Senior Producer and Studio Manager, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Resource Allocation: Balance workloads based on project priorities, ensuring teams have the necessary support and bandwidth.
  • Talent Development: Identify growth opportunities for team members, encouraging continuous learning and professional advancement.
  • Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into impactful creative briefs.
  • Creative Integration: Align with the Creative Lead to ensure that every piece of content remains true to our brand essence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and timely feedback loops.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day progress of all creative projects, ensuring teams deliver briefs, decks, and treatments on time and to brand standards.

 

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive background in creative production, project management, or a similar operational role.
  • Budget & Financial Acumen: Comfortably manage significant production budgets while maintaining focus on deliverable quality.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse teams. Skilled at motivating teams through complex projects and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re an agile thinker who sees challenges as opportunities for innovative solutions and improved processes.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to manage multiple stakeholders and articulate project progress, needs, and objectives clearly.
