Licensed Program Expert - Memphis Allies

As a Licensed Program Expert at Youth Villages, your primary responsibilities include providing clinical leadership to Memphis Allies teams, training on evidence-supported practices, and ensuring the effective application of the SWITCH Program Model. You'll conduct weekly consultations with team members, assist in the professional development of staff, and collaborate with various organizational leaders to refine program strategies.

To be eligible for the Licensed Program Expert position at Youth Villages, candidates need to possess a master's degree in a mental health field, be clinically licensed in Tennessee (or secure their license within a year of hire), and have at least three years of clinical experience along with six months of supervisory experience. Familiarity with Intercept experience is preferred.
