Senior Sales Operations Manager

We’re entering an exciting phase of global expansion and rapid scaling, and we're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager to help drive our financial strategy and build a world-class organization.


Role Overview:The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be pivotal in driving the performance of the sales team by ensuring alignment of resources, processes, and systems with company objectives. You will own the strategy, implementation, and management of operational processes, tools, and analytics to support a high-growth sales environment.


Key Responsibilites
  • Sales Process Optimization:Design, implement, and manage scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous process improvement.

  • Sales Performance Management:Create, drive and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure sales team success. Create dashboards and reports for leadership to provide actionable insights into sales performance. Sales Compensation plan creation, tracking and measurement. 

  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management:Oversee sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and data-driven revenue predictions. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and BD on lead qualification Partner with sales leadership to manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress toward goals.

  • CRM Administration and Optimization:Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, HubSpot,  to ensure data integrity and compliance. Drive user adoption and deliver training for the sales team on CRM best practices.

  • Strategic Planning and Analytics:Drive annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, sales quotas, and incentive structures. Conduct market and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on strategy and execution. Ensure smooth handoffs between teams and drive operational alignment across departments.

  • Sales Enablement:Collaborate with enablement teams to provide training, resources, and tools to improve seller productivity. Manage sales playbooks, templates, and other documentation to ensure consistency in messaging and processes.


Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company. Experience in scaling sales operations for high-growth organizations.

  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel). Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. Expertise in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Key Attributes: Strategic thinker with a knack for process improvement and operational efficiency.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Pay & Benefits:

Zededa’s main compensation philosophy is to provide you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop with the company. The base pay range, dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience and location for this role is between $190,000 and $230,000, and will also include equity and benefits components to round out your total compensation.
