As part of our team, you’ll be managing the logistics of field trips and charter orders, connecting with clients via email or phone to provide accurate pricing and ensure meticulous record-keeping. Your role will involve planning and optimizing bus routes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. With a firm grip on our database system, you will maintain trip data and routing details, ensuring everything is accessible and accurate. Collaboration is key; you’ll assign drivers to routes, coordinating effectively with drivers and dispatchers. You’ll also generate reports to help us pinpoint operational improvements, handle invoicing, and manage accounts related to transportation.
