In this role, you will identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities in both new and existing accounts while ensuring that your base business sales remain strong. It's all about developing relationships and understanding customer needs. You will collaborate with your Area Manager to craft and regularly update an annual business plan that reflects your strategy for success. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with customers at all levels, build account-specific strategies, and facilitate effective problem-solving across functions. Open communication and high professional standards are essential in this role. We’re looking for someone with a college degree related to medical fields and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a hospital setting. Your ability to articulate the benefits of Point Of Care Testing products will be crucial in guiding prospects through the sales process. If you have experience selling complex solutions that require navigating multiple decision-makers, you could be the perfect fit for us.
