To carry out our mission we are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Specialist to join our team.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
Define global go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help strengthen our market position as a leader, using a data-driven approach.
Actively contribute to the product strategic roadmap by identifying opportunities to develop new products or modules based on emerging needs and customer feedback.
Identify new market segments and develop customized marketing strategies for each segment, with the goal of expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Coordinate global marketing projects, managing cross-functional teams (product, sales, business development, communication) to ensure that all activities are aligned with business and product objectives.
Use business intelligence data and advanced analytics tools (such as CRM, analytics tools, market research) to monitor product performance and customer reactions, adapting marketing strategies and messaging in real time.
Experiment with and implement new marketing technologies to optimize the customer experience and improve product conversion.
Propose strategic and tactical changes in real time, based on advanced analysis, to optimize the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
At least 5-7 years of experience in the industry. Specific experience in managing product launches and creating go-to-market strategies.
Expertise in scalable platforms: experience managing technological platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, ensuring optimal user experience in a dynamic environment.
Experience in media, SaaS, or tech companies, with in-depth knowledge of recurring revenue models.
In-depth knowledge of key marketing and sales metrics, with experience in applying advanced funnel analysis techniques and conversion optimization.
Analytical skills: ability to use data to analyze and optimize platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high-quality results.
Communication and leadership: excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1) and the ability to collaborate with different teams (technical, marketing, operations), as well as external stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities and motivate the team toward common goals.
Results-oriented mindset: practical and results-driven approach with the ability to make quick decisions to improve the platform continuously.
