At AECOM, we are recruiting a Building Surveyor to join us in our Dublin office.

Here’s what you’ll do: 

Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;

Extensive experience in delivering the following building surveying core services:

• Technical Due Diligence
• Assigned Certifier Contract administration.
• Building surveys of buildings
• Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? 

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• Be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a Building Surveying RICS/SCSI accredited degree.
• Have been a full member of RICS or CIOB for longer than 24 months (or be able to demonstrate an equivalent length of time of senior experience)
