ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at Aero’s Van Nuys base, and reporting to the Senior Director of Experience, the Experience Operations Coordinator will be responsible for helping maintain our exceptional Guest experience through the management of the Experience team’s procurement programs, team schedules, whilst being a key liaison with other departments including Charter, Flight Ops, and Finance.

As you step into this role, you'll collaborate closely with various departments, including Charter, Flight Ops, and Finance, to ensure each guest enjoys the seamless experience we are known for. You'll manage procurement programs and effectively track inventory to maintain our premium service standards. Your day-to-day will include building schedules for the CSR team to ensure availability aligns perfectly with charter requests while keeping an eye on facilitating events in our elegant lounges and jet spaces. In this fast-paced startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to implement improvements and bring forth solutions, ensuring compliance with FAA and TSA regulations at all times. You’ll also provide vital support to the Experience team to ensure our lounge and operational spaces are impeccably maintained.
