We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to be a trusted partner as we continue to scale our great talent bench in support of our sustained global growth. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a trusted partner with our GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design leadership in hiring for our leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. We are building a truly unique, global company and as such, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles.
This role can be based in one of our global hubs where we have an executive presence, such as San Francisco, London, or Singapore.
Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
10+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring senior-level talent (VP or C-level) in a fast-paced, growth stage environment
Strong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles
