The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring all logistics run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating successful events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from concept to execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup
  • Develop and manage event budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure event objectives and expectations are met
  • Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
