Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role supporting broad strategic initiatives with data and actionable insights. This role will report directly to the resort’s Vice President of Finance and Accounting, with opportunity for growth. Responsible for running weekly reporting, conducting labor efficiency analyses, assisting with budgeting and capital planning, and any other ad-hoc analysis as needed. Collaborating with other departments within Palisades Tahoe to make informed decisions based on analytics to improve our financial results. This role will be a key member of the finance team and will work closely with department leaders across the company.
Please note this is a hybrid position located in Olympic Valley, California.
Hourly:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
