We’re looking for an energetic, driven, and positive team member to be our first Operations Manager!
You’ll be part of an innovative and ambitious team building the future of AI. In this role, you’ll help us keep things running smoothly, create an environment where everyone can do their best work, and think proactively about how we can operate better, faster, and smarter.

As Operations Manager, you’ll drive initiatives across recruiting, HR, finance, legal, office ops, and more—building scalable systems and owning mission-critical workflows.
Workflow & Systems
Develop and automate internal processes for operational efficiency
Integrate tools and systems across departments
Maintain data hygiene and documentation (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, etc)
Manage software accounts and subscriptions, centralizing access when possible
Recruiting & People Ops
Manage recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby) and streamline candidate pipelines
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Own onboarding and offboarding workflows
Assist with HR policies, benefits, and employee account management
Finance, Legal, and Compliance
Manage SaaS tools and vendor relationships, including procurement, access control, renewals, and budget alignment.
Manage vendor compliance requirements and certifications
Handle standard legal docs like NDAs and ensure training compliance
Track employee compliance requirements and certifications
Office & Logistics
Oversee office logistics: supplies, deliveries, physical mail, and catering
Order and track employee hardware
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Marketing & Culture
Support social media efforts and help run events (e.g., hackathons, recruiting events)
Help shape and maintain a strong, values-driven culture
Organize internal celebrations, team-building, and all-hands events
Strategy & Growth
Set, track, and report on operational goals, metrics, and forecasts
Spot bottlenecks and improve processes
Drive special projects and 0→1 initiatives, helping to launch new systems or workflows that don’t yet have a clear owner.
Take on increasingly strategic responsibilities as we scale
Coordinate cross-functional project execution
Skills & Experience
3+ years in operations, HR, recruiting, or similar roles at a fast-paced company
Proven ability to manage tools, systems, and cross-functional workflows
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with spreadsheets, automations, and AI tools like ChatGPT
Detail-oriented, with good judgment and problem-solving skills
Fast and accurate typing and ability to process complex data
