Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, 40 hours weekly
  • Hiring for 2 shifts!
    • 8am - 4:30pm or
    • 2nd shift (flexible hours that can be based upon candidate's availability), 
    • Weekend and holiday rotation
  • $22.00/hour
  • This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule

Job Description

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and household appliances 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance schedules
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Performs snow removal to ensure safety of walkways and parking lots

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required. 
  • Valid driver's license, required. 
  • 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience.
