Schedule & Pay

Full-time, 40 hours weekly
Hiring for 2 shifts!
- 8am - 4:30pm or
- 2nd shift (flexible hours that can be based upon candidate's availability),
- Weekend and holiday rotation
$22.00/hour
This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule

Job Description

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and household appliances
Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Assisting with preventative maintenance schedules
Collaborating with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard
Performs snow removal to ensure safety of walkways and parking lots

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
Valid driver's license, required.
1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience.
