Hybrid Work Model

Job Description

The Supplier Training & Engagement Specialist will report to the Supplier Education Manager. The Supplier Training & Engagement Specialist will help develop and maintain a program for supplier education; with the goal of reducing ticket volumes and improving the quality of our interactions with suppliers. This role includes collaboration between internal departments such as Product, Learning and Development, Marketing, Regulatory, the Supplier Support language team, and outward-facing communication with suppliers in all segmentations.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities 

  • Conduct thorough analyses of supplier behaviors to identify education gaps and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proactive education strategies aimed at informing suppliers about new regulations, improving response rates, and reducing high ticket volumes.

  • Enhance supplier knowledge and engagement by:

    • Developing and augmenting training materials such as webinars, blog posts, e-books, guides, and videos.

    • Innovating and improving existing processes to boost learning outcomes.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of educational programs. Gather and analyze feedback from both suppliers and internal stakeholders to refine and improve the educational offerings.

  • Continuously seek out innovations and process improvements that increase business efficiency and productivity. Strive for incremental improvements in all business processes.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of corporate security policies and adhere strictly to established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required; 
  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma from a recognized learning institution;
  • At least 1 year of related work experience (eg. education, customer/supplier support, project management, business intelligence/enablement);
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications;
  • Capable of detailed data analysis to identify trends and measure program impact using analytical tools;
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities, with experience in collaborating across various departments;
  • Creative in developing innovative educational content and strategies, with experience in various content formats like webinars, videos, and blogs;
  • Strong in identifying issues and devising effective solutions, with proactive problem-solving capabilities;
  • Highly adaptable, and flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment;
  • Receptive to coaching and always eager to learn and improve.
