Support the setup and reporting of client performance requirements. Assist with monthly close processes for all clients and lines of business, validate penalty calculations for missed and forecasted performance guarantees, coordinate with data-stagers and red-light responders on missing or questionable data entries, and collaborate to ensure responses are acceptable for client visibility. Identify and help implement process improvements. Support the intake of client changes including new contracts, renewals, and terminations.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
