This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

AT&T Business is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Management and Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting and representing all Mobility Products, Wireline Products, and Communication Services. The successful candidate will work closely with our product leaders, Corporate Communications (CorpComm), and Public Relations (PR) teams to create and manage communication and thought leadership calendars, ensuring our market positioning is robust and consistent. Additionally, this individual will be the steward of our Product story, both internally and externally, ensuring a unified and compelling message across all platforms. This role is integral in aligning with AT&T Business' vision of being the #1 provider for secure, converged connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and manage communication and thought leadership calendars in collaboration with Product Leaders and CorpComm / PR teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of products in the marketplace.
  • Lead the creation and dissemination of internal and external product stories.

Product Story Management:

  • Craft and maintain a compelling product narrative that aligns with business objectives and AT&T Business’ vision of secure, converged connectivity.
  • Ensure all teams and partners are delivering a consistent message across all channels.

Insights and Learning Dissemination:

  • Develop and manage a communications calendar for teams and partners.
  • Provide actionable insights and learnings from recent product launches and industry trends.
  • Share relevant information with teams to enhance their understanding of their roles and improve overall performance.
  • Own the feedback loop from advisory councils back to our teams for learning and development.
  • Track progress on feedback received and ensure it is integrated into product development processes.

Customer and Partner Engagement:

  • Lead product messaging and insights for advisory councils with customers and internal key partners.
  • Organize speaking engagements for the Chief Product Officer and VPs.

Strategic Messaging and Presentations:

  • In charge of strategic messaging for the Product Officer for Business Reviews, C-Level presentations, as well as Board and Strategy sessions.
  • Develop and deliver strategic content that effectively communicates the vision, strategy, and progress of our product initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Interface with product leaders to align on strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.
  • Evangelize product launches and innovations internally and externally to build excitement and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in communications, marketing, and product management within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of AT&T and its Business products.
  • Proven track record of managing communication strategies and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage advisory councils and speaking engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
