This role is crucial as you'll oversee our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process from start to finish, ensuring that every return is managed efficiently and that our product reliability is top-notch. You'll work hand-in-hand with our customer experience and engineering teams, diving deep into data to identify trends and offering insights that drive improvements. Your analytical skills will shine as you monitor RMA data, communicate closely with our quality team in China, and assist with root-cause analysis to continually enhance our products. You'll also play a pivotal role in testing new hardware revisions and managing logistics to support seamless operations. With qualifications such as experience in RMA processing, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, you’ll find yourself in a position where your contributions truly matter.
