As a Sales Executive at AvantStay, you will dive deep into the exciting world of group travel, representing a tech-savvy brand that's changing the hospitality landscape. You'll start by researching and recommending new prospects through various outreach methods, ensuring that you create a strong pipeline of potential clients. Your role involves guiding these prospects through the entire sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their seamless onboarding experience. You will also have the opportunity to build lasting connections with clients while staying adept with industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. With a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and five years of experience in a similar position, you'll be equipped with a solid understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques that will help you succeed. Being self-motivated is key, as you will enjoy a competitive commission structure alongside a base salary.
