Associate Director, Chronic Therapies Marketing

Your role at Vantive:

The Associate Director, Marketing will be responsible for working with the Chronic Therapies marketing team, the broader commercial team, and internal and external stakeholders to expand current and develop new marketing programs. This position will interact with and influence internal stakeholders, across multiple functions and will play a key role in influencing our growth within the US chronic therapies market.

Your Team:

You will be part of a newly formed Chronic Therapies Marketing team who support Vantive’s mission to extend lives and expand possibilities through our talent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage strategic, high-impact and tactical chronic therapies marketing priorities, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute.
  • Support conducting market survey/research to give feedback on competitive intelligence relating to products and the business.
  • Develop, implement and update product training and competitor information intelligence to sales force on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare and review promotional/marketing material to ensure that all medical marketing and medical legal procedures comply with local law and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain contact with KOLs & key customers to understand their needs.
  • Create and complete training, tools and marketing collateral to help the US region promote the value of Vantive and to successfully generate incremental revenue and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with Medical Affairs in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage demand and supply planning, customer service, inventory management and distribution of products.
  • Closely manage the budget for key marketing projects above.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred.
  • 8 + years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, product management, or relevant experience. Cross functional experience is a plus.
  • Strength in building relationships with customers & Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Proven track record in successfully launching marketing initiatives and managing project teams. 
  • Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging and branding campaigns.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic or international)
  • Healthcare, medical devices, medical technology, or pharmaceutical industry experience is a benefit
  • Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
  • Solid track record in leading projects to successful completion and leading experienced teams (internal and external resources)
  • Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
  • Strong skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, and creative product/program development

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
