Provide transitional and ongoing support of business processes to the SAP/ERP system, including sustainment/system support, system discovery and capabilities assessment, analysis, business process design, data migration, testing, training, system upgrades, reporting and documentation. Act as the liaison between the Customer Support Services and all areas of the company regarding issues that could affect customer billing and quality assurance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Five (5) years of customer support experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Support Services processes with the ability to transition processes to the SAP system. IT background with a solid ability to work with IT systems and provide connections to business processes preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
