We are looking for someone passionate about customer service and experience, who thrives in a collaborative environment and jumping into the unknown. The Systems Administrator is a vital role in the Transitions team, responsible for the discovery and documentation of a new customers environment. The role will involve the standardisation of environments, identify risks and assist in escalated tickets.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, Discover and Document customer IT environments.
  • Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure to CT Best Practice and Standards.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices for operational clarity.
  • Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
  • Building strong relationships with customers by demonstrating positivity, approachability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help.
  • Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.
  • Manage and resolve escalated tickets and issues

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and M365, with additional training provided for further development.
  • Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar).
  • Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
  • A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.
