Are you ready to take your expertise in deal-making and process optimization to the next level? We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 1-year maternity leave cover.

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive Deal Success: Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to prepare competitive pricing, compelling proposals, and flawless contracts.

Seamless Collaboration: Be the key player in aligning cross-functional teams to finalize deals and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Keep Deals on Track: Maintain up-to-date, accurate deal records, and track progress through advanced reports and dashboards.

Ensure Compliance: Review deals for alignment with pricing strategies and internal approval processes, making sure everything checks out.

Innovation in Action: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to streamlining deal workflows for maximum efficiency.

Empower the Sales Team: Provide valuable training and ongoing support to ensure the sales team is equipped to execute deals successfully.


What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a finance-related role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Expertise in Excel, CRM tools (especially Salesforce), and deal desk software.

- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
