If you are an ENGINEERING student looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our CUDAHY, WISCONSIN location, you will assist in the implementation of manufacturing engineering projects and daily tasks, including helping to resolve daily manufacturing issues in our machine shop or fabrication areas.  
 

AS A MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING INTERN, YOU WILL: 

  • Create, modify, and/or update routings.
  • Update fixture and tool drawings, as required.
  • Help analyze/troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Update information in our CIMCO database.
  • Create work instructions and process documentation.
  • Complete manufacturing projects to increase capacity.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Able to work full-time in the summer and part-time throughout the school year
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role 

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

  • Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Sophomore or higher class status
  • Prior co-op or internship experience
