Assembly Worker

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. We are currently seeking Assembly Workers to join our team in San Diego, CA!

Pay Rate- $18/hour

Job Description:

  • Assemble components and parts according to production specifications and blueprints.
  • Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies in assembly to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in assembly work preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
