Decagon is looking to hire our first team member for our Business Operations function to tackle some of our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges as we scale. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership across functions to identify key areas for improvement, build scalable processes, and drive high-impact initiatives that help the company grow efficiently. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and problem-solving, helping shape the foundation of our AI-first organization.
Have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem to implementing scalable solutions
Have strong analytical skills and are experienced in using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance
Are an excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats to solve ambiguous challenges
Have experience scaling an early stage startup
Have a track record of designing and implementing operational processes that unlock efficiency and drive results
Are passionate about building from the ground up, with a strong bias toward action
