What You'll Bring:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent. A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred, with 8 years of overall experience and at least 6 years in healthcare administration/operations leadership.
  • Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in leadership roles, demonstrating initiative, motivation, and a commitment to upholding the mission of the Sisters of Providence.
  • Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of influencing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and identify solutions to business challenges, with detailed knowledge of revenue cycle concepts.
