Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirective Consulting is a global leader in SaaS marketing, renowned for our Customer Generation methodology, which focuses on driving qualified leads and conversions for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic CRO Director to lead our Conversion Rate Optimization efforts, helping us deliver exceptional client results and achieve department growth.Team Structure:The CRO Director will manage a growing team of CRO Strategists and Designers. The primary task is to lead the transformation from a design-focused department to a conversion-focused powerhouse. Initially, they'll manage a small team, but growth milestones will unlock more hiring and team expansion.Role Focus:This isn't just a management role; it’s about taking ownership of the CRO product offering. The CRO Director will establish and refine best practices and methodologies for conversion rate optimization.
