The Role
As a Talent Solutions Lead at Elements, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and deepening our impact within the HR and Talent Acquisition space across EMEA. This role is about more than just closing deals - it’s about building lasting partnerships with some of the world’s most innovative companies, helping them solve critical hiring challenges. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working hand-in-hand with our Head of Delivery to ensure seamless execution and long-term success for our clients. Beyond new business, you’ll identify upsell and expansion opportunities, keeping our solutions aligned with client needs as they scale.
To succeed, you’ll need a consultative, value-driven approach, positioning Elements as a strategic partner rather than just another talent provider.
● Experience in a revenue-generating role, selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, and C-level executives.
● A consultative, value-based approach to selling—focusing on solving partner challenges, not just closing deals.
● Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and position Elements as a strategic partner rather than just a provider.
● Proactive, strong communicator
● Expertise in Cold outreach
● Experience selling RPO, MSP, Embedded, or similar talent solutions.
● Strong network across EMEA with a track record of exceeding targets.
● Expertise in full sales-cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
● Experience with MEDDPICC Sales Methodology
● Ability to travel at least 50% across your territory.
