Head of Internal Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

As the Head of Internal Talent Acquisition (At Elements), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our talent solutions business. You will lead and develop the internal Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier talent to our internal operations This position requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage processes, optimise performance, and enhance candidates' and clients' overall recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the internal TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the internal TA team, tracking progress and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and refine recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment technology and tools to streamline operations.

Onboarding and Candidate Management

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new associates joining Elements, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage pre-screening processes, including documentation and compliance checks, to uphold high recruitment standards.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of candidates across key target regions to meet business demands.

Pipeline and Market Insights

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality profiles for key target regions and industries in line with business requirements.
  • Analyse recruitment trends and market data to anticipate hiring needs and address talent gaps proactively.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress, team performance, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment strategies.
