As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing complex projects that shape the future of our organization. From ERP implementations and business software rollouts to organizational mergers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution and long-term success.

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, including ERP implementations, webshop launches, and business software integrations.
Oversee end-to-end project execution—from scoping and planning to implementation and post-go-live support.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives.
Work hand-in-hand with IT architects to ensure seamless system integration and scalability.
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and continuously improve processes to optimize project success.
Act as a trusted consultant, guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices in project execution and change management.
2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a wholesale, e-commerce, or IT-driven environment.
Proven success in managing large-scale transformation projects, such as ERP rollouts, webshop implementations, or business software integrations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in a wholesale/e-commerce setting.
Ability to translate business requirements into high-level technical concepts.
Experience in consulting or a consulting-style role is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to align different interests and drive solutions.
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
