Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas.
  • Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas.
  • Configure and develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
  • Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • +3 years of overall development experience (Salesforce or other tech-stack)
  • Hands-on experience with integrating other systems with Salesforce.
  • Experience with developing data models and data flows.
  • Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Admin I or Salesforce Platform Developer I. 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and any other certifications are a plus.
  • Experience Leading Teams.
