What You’ll Contribute

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that enhance visibility, traffic, and conversions and pipeline from SEO.

  • Develop and execute strategies for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization to enhance visibility in AI-driven search results.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms for our Software and Scores business.

  • Build a content pillar strategy, emphasize content development for SEO purposes and own the content calendar for SEO.

  • Oversee and execute AI-enhanced keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimizations to drive organic growth.

  • Develop automation processes to efficiently scale high-quality content production and maintain ranking authority.

  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, AEO and GEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.

  • Regularly monitor results and share monthly insights with product marketing and other marketing leaders and executives.

  • Partner closely with the web team to optimize, meta tags, and structure for search engines and improve SEO and GEO rankings.

What We’re Seeking

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with over 7 years of experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO practices and tools.

  • Experience with AI-driven content generation and predictive ranking algorithms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with Conductor or similar SEO platforms is a plus.

  • Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Conductor Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI-powered SEO tools.

  • Deep knowledge of site architecture, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, and page speed optimization.

  • Experience with log file analysis, crawl budget optimization, and large-scale website SEO management.

  • Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and present actionable strategies.

  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX optimization.

  • Knowledge of AI-driven search technologies and trends is preferred.

  • Understanding of local SEO strategies and best practices is preferred.
