We’re seeking a passionate Sr. Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Email Messaging and Digital Outreach Campaign capabilities and integration with our existing outbound orchestration assets. Your expertise in building products for email marketing, multi-channel campaign management, Proactive Outreach, Sales/Lead generation and orchestration, and SaaS platforms will shape the future of our Digital engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to refine and craft cutting-edge Digital Engagement products. We're looking for a visionary with a 'can-do' attitude, strategic prioritization skills, a thorough understanding of our tech landscape, customer-centric thinking, and a zeal for achieving tangible outcomes. You will be at the forefront of CCaaS innovation.  

Location: US  

  • Duration: 12–18 months, contract position 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Focus on delivering innovative AI-powered email solutions for personalization, automation, and actionable insights.  
  • Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Email Messaging and Digital Campaign management Integration for CCaaS. 
  • Lead the design and development of advanced email marketing tools, including dynamic segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign orchestration. 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop features like email templates, drag-and-drop editors, analytics dashboards, and outbound orchestration module integration. 
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to deeply understand pain points and use cases, driving continuous improvement and innovation. 
  • Incorporate cutting-edge capabilities like AI-driven email responses and campaign recommendations to enhance usability and ROI. 
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover growth opportunities and align with evolving consumer demands. Collaborate with GTM teams to design product marketing strategies.  
  • Bring a well-versed background in Email Marketing or multichannel marketing software. 
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations in Digital channel engagement to inform product direction. 
  • Chart the product's lifecycle, ensuring a strategic roadmap from ideation to market launch. 
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams by fostering innovation and driving the creation of superior products. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.  
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment, specifically with a leading Digital-first engagement vendor (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Genesys, Nice), Email Marketing leader (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) or a leading multichannel marketing platform/hub (such as Iterable, Braze, SFDC Marketing Cloud, Clevertap) . 
  • Fluency in understanding API and developer documentation 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of user needs, and market dynamics.  
  • Expertise in using data to drive decision-making, with experience managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions.  
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.  
  • Expertise in crafting and executing robust product and marketing strategies with strong communication skills.
