E-commerce Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring a strategic and proactive E-commerce Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale by hiring top-tier professionals across the Amazon and e-commerce landscape.

In this role, you'll identify, attract, and hire candidates for positions such as Amazon brand managers, PPC specialists, product researchers, supply chain coordinators, and creatives with e-commerce experience. You’ll play a key role in building the team that drives real revenue growth for the brands we manage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source E-commerce Experts: Find and engage candidates with proven Amazon, Shopify, or digital commerce experience.
  • Own the Hiring Pipeline: Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
