Marketring Campaign Executive

We’ve partnered with a global leader in the wine eCommerce space to find a Marketing Campaign Executive for their Sydney-based team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen — someone who takes ownership, thrives on variety, and is energised by cross-team collaboration.

You’ll be delivering multi-channel campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of customers across email, print, and digital — managing timelines, briefing creative, tracking results, and keeping things moving. You’ll also work closely with a small number of high-value business partners, helping to shape campaign activity that aligns with shared goals and delivers results.

The Company

This online retailer is a recognised leader in their space, known for their customer-first approach, long-term partner relationships, and bold, data-led marketing. The business blends creativity and commercial thinking — and encourages team members to bring their own ideas to the table.

You’ll be joining a supportive, fast-moving marketing function that values clarity, ownership, and collaboration. It’s the kind of team where you’ll be trusted to run with your work, but never left without support.

The Role

As Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll play a central role in bringing quarterly campaign strategies to life — coordinating internal teams, managing external relationships, and ensuring campaigns land with impact.

You’ll be working across multiple formats and touchpoints — including digital display, print inserts, email, and EDMs — and will be responsible for ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief. You’ll also be involved in tracking performance, reporting on results, and suggesting ways to improve future campaigns.

The role offers a genuine blend of delivery, creativity, and commercial ownership. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable jumping between planning, execution, and reporting — often in the same day.

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and print — managing timelines, budgets, and execution from brief to wrap-up

  • Turn marketing plans into clear, coordinated actions — briefing creative, working with data teams, and aligning internal stakeholders

  • Track campaign performance using Excel and Adobe Analytics — sharing insights and making smart recommendations for optimisation

  • Build strong working relationships with a small portfolio of business partners — ensuring activity is aligned and outcomes are achieved

  • Contribute ideas to extend or improve campaigns, and help refine processes to make delivery more efficient

What Excites You

  • Running end-to-end campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of customers across digital, print, and email

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver standout work

  • Using data to understand what’s working — and making smart, timely decisions to improve campaign performance

  • Working in a fast-paced environment where variety, ownership, and initiative are valued

  • Being part of a supportive, collaborative team that cares about doing great work and having a bit of fun along the way

What Excites Us About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing campaign delivery — ideally in eCommerce, subscription, or partnership-led businesses

  • Strong project management skills — confident juggling competing deadlines and coordinating multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable working with data tools (Excel, CRM platforms, Adobe Analytics) to track results and spot insights

  • Clear, confident communicator who takes initiative and keeps things moving without needing constant direction

  • Proactive, organised, and commercially minded — you care about outcomes, not just outputs

  • Bonus: experience working across digital and print formats, or with external brand partners

This Role Is for You If:

  • You enjoy owning campaign delivery and working with others to bring ideas to life

  • You take initiative — if something’s unclear, you seek out the answer and keep things on track

  • You’re comfortable with data and like understanding how your work contributes to wider business goals

This Role Is Not for You If:

  • You prefer to work on one task at a time or struggle with shifting priorities

  • You avoid external-facing conversations or dislike working with multiple teams

  • You wait for direction rather than proactively managing your workload

What’s In It for You

  • Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in the office)

  • Generous product discounts across the full range

  • Additional perks including birthday leave and a paid volunteering day

  • Competitive salary and team bonus scheme (up to 10% of salary)

The Process

  • Phone screen with a Fulcrum Talent Partner

  • Two-way recorded video interview

  • Hiring Manager interview.

  • Personality Index Test (Take home)

Our partner believes in fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those who may not meet every listed requirement.
